Our dear student sons and daughters, my fellow teaching staff and employees, esteemed visitors of Al-Hawija Polytechnic College website…

It pleases me to welcome you to the website of Al-Hawija Polytechnic College, this academic institution which we take pride in its belonging to the higher education system, and through which we strive to actively contribute to building the human being, serving society, and promoting the path of development and progress in our dear country.

Indeed, we believe that technical and vocational education represents one of the essential pillars for achieving sustainable development, due to its pivotal role in preparing qualified technical and vocational cadres who possess scientific knowledge, practical skills, and the ability to keep pace with rapid developments in various fields. From this standpoint, our college works on developing its academic and applied programs, elevating the level of education and training, and enhancing the university environment that embraces creativity, innovation, and scientific research.

Our vision at Al-Hawija Polytechnic College is not limited to merely providing knowledge, but goes beyond that to building the student’s personality scientifically, professionally, and ethically, and developing their capabilities for thinking, creativity, and teamwork, in a way that makes them capable of competing in the labor market and contributing to serving their society.

We also pay great attention to developing institutional performance, enhancing the quality of education, supporting scientific research, and strengthening ties of cooperation with state institutions and both the public and private sectors, out of our belief that a successful university is one that opens up to its society, responds to its needs, and contributes to finding solutions to its challenges.

In this regard, I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the teaching, administrative, and technical bodies in our college, for the sincere efforts they exert in performing their scientific and human mission. I also salute our dear students, for they are the center and purpose of the educational process, and I invite them to continue diligence and excellence, and to invest their study years in building a bright scientific and professional future.

We at Al-Hawija Polytechnic College work with the spirit of one team, placing before our eyes a fundamental goal represented in elevating our institution scientifically, academically, and administratively, to be a distinguished scientific edifice that contributes to supplying society with technical competencies capable of making the future.

We ask Almighty God to guide us all to serve our dear Iraq, and to make our scientific institution a beacon for science, knowledge, and creativity.
