The academic programs of the Medical Laboratory Technology Department aim to prepare scientifically and professionally qualified personnel to meet the demands of the healthcare and laboratory labor market. This is achieved by equipping students with fundamental knowledge in microbiology, hematology, clinical chemistry, and histopathology, while also developing their skills in operating modern equipment, performing laboratory tests, and ensuring quality control. Furthermore, the program seeks to foster critical thinking, sound decision-making, and leadership skills within the healthcare work environment, emphasizing the integration of theory with practical applications in medical diagnostics, laboratory management, and occupational safety.
