Learning Outcomes

The Department’s academic programs aim to prepare highly qualified graduates, both academically and professionally, to meet the needs of the job market. This is achieved by equipping students with the fundamentals of modern management (planning, organizing, directing, and controlling) and developing their critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills. The program also seeks to bridge the gap between theory and practical applications in marketing, finance, and human resources.
