Two faculty members from Hawija Technical Institute—Dr. Shahad Fadhil Bunyan (Department of Forensic Evidence Techniques) and Asst. Lect. Hassan Ibrahim Saleh (Department of Oil and Gas Refining Techniques)—have successfully published a scientific review article in the Journal of Long-Term Effects of Medical Implants. This reputable international journal specializes in medical implants, is indexed in the Scopus database, and is classified as a Q2 journal with a CiteScore of 2.3.

“Chemical Analysis of Metal Ion Release from Implant-Supported Prosthodontic Components: A Comprehensive Review of Corrosion and Biocompatibility”
